Canterbury Student Activities Hub (cbury.live). Last updated September 2026.

What this site is

A sign-up site for Canterbury School weekend activities and trips, run by a student for the Student Activities Office. It is not an official Canterbury School system.

What we store

• Your name, school email address and Google profile photo, provided by Google when you sign in with your @cbury.org account.
• Your Form and dorm, if you enter them.
• Which activities you sign up for, join the waitlist for, or add to your plan, and attendance marked by staff.
• Your class schedule and assignment due dates, only if you upload the schedule PDF or connect your Veracross calendar links yourself, so they can be shown on your Plan of the Week. The links are stored encrypted and are never shown again.

What we don't do

• We don't read your email, calendar, Drive or anything else in your Google account. Sign-in only asks for your name, email and photo.
• We don't sell or share data with anyone outside the school. Sign-up lists are visible to school staff who run the activities.
• We don't use ads or tracking.

Where it lives

Data is stored on a private server used only for this site. You can remove your schedule and disconnect the calendar links at any time from "My classes", and you can ask the Student Activities Office to delete your account.
